I am Tamara, a fully qualified and BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. I offer a collaborative space where you don't have to mask, perform or be ''fine''. I offer adapted Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for adults experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma-related difficulties, low self-esteem and the impact of neurodivergence and culture. My approach is gentle, validating and grounded in 17 years of clinical experience. Together, we make sense of what's happening, explore patterns with compassion and build practical tools that genuinely fit you.
